DiscoverZamboanga is a local business directory platform that allows businesses to list their services and allows visitors to discover local businesses in Zamboanga City and surrounding areas.

• Browse and search local business listings
• Submit and manage your own business listing
• Leave reviews and ratings for businesses
• Contact businesses directly through the platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

To submit a business listing, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per business owner — duplicate accounts are not permitted
• Each account is guaranteed one (1) free listing upon approval — listings beyond the first are not free and require support approval
• A maximum of 5 pending listings are allowed per account at any time

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All business listings are subject to review and approval by our team before being published. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• You are the owner or authorized representative of the business
• All information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading
• You have the right to use any images or content submitted
• The business is legitimate and operates within Philippine law

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates our guidelines or these terms without prior notice.

Under the Discover Zamboanga terms of use, when using our platform you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Submit spam listings or duplicate entries
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm other users or businesses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission
• Post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates any law
• Impersonate another business, person, or entity

All content on DiscoverZamboanga — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, and code — is the property of DiscoverZamboanga and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to our platform (such as business photos or descriptions), you grant DiscoverZamboanga a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform.

You retain ownership of your submitted content and may request its removal at any time.

DiscoverZamboanga is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any business listing, review, or information posted by users. We are a directory platform and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the businesses listed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiscoverZamboanga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from interactions with listed businesses
• Any errors or inaccuracies in business listings
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, businesses, or the platform itself.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your listings may be removed from the directory.

Your use of DiscoverZamboanga is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Discover Zamboanga terms of use may be updated or modified at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zamboanga City, Philippines.
